How I Work

Work Process

01

Request An Audition

Hear your words through my voice to get a feel for what to expect out of my performance.

02

Negotiate & Contract

My rates & fees are negotiable. We’ll go through what is needed from my end and we’ll start the pre-production process.

03

Production

This is where the magic happens. We’ll begin production and keep you in the loop the whole way.

YOU Have Questions?

I Have Answers

How much does an audition cost?

An audition costs you nothing. Keep in mind I will only provide about 5 – 7 minutes of an audiobook. An additional passage is provided upon request.

Do you charge a flat fee for an audiobook?

The rate you will pay is based on a Per Finished Hour (PFH) basis. If the final runtime is 6 hours, you will pay for those six hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

Part of the production process, should you hire me, involves you getting the first 15 minutes or so of your audiobook. If the direction or sound is not what you were hoping for, we can terminate the contract.

What are you thoughts on AI?

I do not use Artificial Intelligence nor do I condone it for voice work or for the creation of a book. It just doesn’t look or sound right, among many other issues.

Is your finished product ready for distribution?

Yes! Unless directed by an outside producer or distributor, all audio files are edited, mastered, and ready for sale.

Are you available for promotional assistance?

Yes and at no additional cost. I can be available for appearances on podcasts and other places to help promote your audiobook. You will have to set those up yourself.
